MONITORING

The most important piece of equipment in every recording studio is its monitoring system.

If the monitoring system in every studio is the basic reference for produced raw recorded material, then the heart of every studio lies within the preamps.

We use an eight-channel preamp system embedded in our main mixing console - M-Audio ProjectMix I/0. This is a digital based mixing interface connected via firewire to our MacBook Pro 15" (2013).

The computer is the brain of every digitally based recording studio environment.

Microphones are the ears of every recording studio. They are the first in the acoustic production line of any audio acoustic recording. That is why it is very important to us that the microphones we use meet the standards of the music industry.

MICROPHONES

MIDI

MIDI has become a great asset for our studio, working hand in hand with amazing virtual instruments that technology has to offer to this day.

To run this amazing software as naturally as possible, we use MIDI instruments that allow musicians to record with the same level of expression that a real instrument would allow and by using virtual instruments the results are astonishing.

Our main monitors are M-Audio BX8a which with their brutally honest and flat frequency range have greatly served their purpose for the last couple of years.

As a home Hi-Fi/TV/Radio reference we use a matched pair of Yamaha NS-10M Studio

monitors, which are very rare and in perfect working condition.
